How can I customize my store?

When signing up we ask you for a few brief and open questions about what you sell and whether you want a simple or detailed design. This is because we offer two main types of base webstore layouts. Our simple design can be matched to any logo and colour scheme and our detailed design will match up with what you sell. Any other alterations to your original layout will have to be discussed with your account manager. We are happy to discuss your options with you.

But I already have a domain?

We can configure an EzWebstore on any domain names our clients own. When filling in your details on the Sign Up page, list the nominated DNS name then set the DNS records of this domain to ns1.xrthosting.com and ns2.xrthosting.com

 

How do I pay?

Methods of payment will be discussed during the personal consultation regarding your exact requirements. At EzWebstore we are friendly, flexible and eager to please.

Payment methods we accept:
- Paypal (Prefered method of payment)
All payments made via paypal will be discounted to $55 a month. Thats a $4.95 per month saving!
- Australian Money Order (Payments are made every 3 or 6 months)
- Cheque (Payments are made every 3 or 6 months)
- Bank Deposit (Payments are made every 3 or 6 months)
- Credit Card (Payments are made monthly)

How do I join the forum?

To join please click the forum tab on the top of this page then click the register link in the top left hand corner, read and accept the rules then fill in your information. You will be posting in no time.

 

I have a problem using the webstore software or adding items?

First you will need to know what design base you have selected, simple or detailed. This information will be in your confirmation email. If you selected simple webstore design we have used zencart store software to create your store. If you selected detailed webstore design we have used oscommerse webstore software.
